Well Alice has only gone and arranged another brilliant night for the SotonBloggers just before Christmas! How she does it I don't know. Luckily for us, this event is with the lovely guys at Mayflower Theatre*. So a little group of us got to go and see Robin Hood, the biggest family panto on the south coast. And by the looks of twitter, we were all so excited to go!

Cue Camera Festive Fun
Sunday, 11 December 2016
A lucky group of us got to go along to a bloggers preview night to play in a brand new pop up photography studio run by the lovely guys at Cue Camera. The photography studio consists of two shipping containers that have been magically converted into the perfect place to go and get stupidly festive in front of blue screens with an array of costumes available to get dressed up in. From adult costumes to pet costumes and pose your festive little bum off so the photographers can catch the moment for you. (they even put a snazzy back drop on the finished photos)

Lush Herbalism Cleanser
Sunday, 4 December 2016
If you read my blog regularly, you would know I'm a real fan of Lush. I have my trusty favourites that I will buy time and time again, but I do like to try products I'm yet to use. I do love a good Lush cleanser I've used 3 different ones in the past, just for the fact that each cleanser targets different skin needs.
Epilepsy & The Everyday Struggles
Wednesday, 30 November 2016
I ran a poll on twitter a little while ago to ask what people would like my next Epilepsy post to be on, and The Everyday Struggles Of Epilepsy came out on top. So far my first post about my journey with Epilepsy has been my most viewed post. Which is so lovely because I was really undecided as to whether I should write about it, and what the reaction would be. But the support I've received has been amazing and I've had so many people mention that they know very little about Epilepsy. So, if me just being honest and sweary about Epilepsy is opening some peoples eye to it, I thought fuck it, I may as well share all I can about my struggles and raise a little awareness on the way!

Estee Lauder Clear Difference Advanced Blemish Serum
Sunday, 27 November 2016
I don't know about anyone else, but I'm a firm believer in not reviewing a skincare product until I've used it long enough to really see and feel the benefits. I used to have lovely blemish free skin, until I started taking medication for epilepsy. One of the side effects is acne, and for being someone that hasn't dealt with really bad break outs until I was 21, its been a struggle. Anything that is promoted for blemished skin, I've tried it. Shift work also has an impact on skin, specially night shifts when your skin thinks it should be resting. A friend of mine was experiencing the same issues and was recommended this serum which she then recommenced to me.

Snow Fairy Body Conditioner
Wednesday, 23 November 2016
So, Lush has a new product AND it's part of the Snow Fairy family. Saw it, and it instantly fell in my basket. If you read my Lush Christmas Haul you would be fully aware that I am a massive fan of anything Snow Fairy and winter is my favourite time for Lush products. As much as I love the original Christmas goodies, I'm a big fan of all the new bits that come along.

Turtle Bay Southampton
Sunday, 20 November 2016
Recently my partner and I went along to Turtle Bay* for date night. I'm not the best person when it comes to spiced food, so we have never been to Turtle Bay before now. And my partner never lets me forget how my picky eating ruins things for him, and now I've been and actually enjoyed my food, I'm reminded of the 4 long years he's gone without jerk chicken. My bad.

The Wind In The Willows at Mayflower Theatre
Sunday, 13 November 2016
Once again SotonBloggers pulled it out the bag with an amazing event! A lucky bunch of us got to go and watch the musical adaption of The Wind In The Willows. I could not contain my excitement when I received an email about this. I have seen an advertisement for the musical and gave my partner the puppy dog eyes. But he's not a theatre goer, I'm not one either, really. It has to be a production that I have previously loved in another form, whether it be from the TV or a book. But my god am I happy we got to go!

Me Time Matters
Wednesday, 9 November 2016
It's easy to forget the little things sometimes which I've noticed while being off work for the last week. I had everything planned, I was going to write a shit tonne of blog posts, get them all ready and scheduled, I was going to completely gut my room, have a clear out and restart. The list goes on. But you know what I did? Absolutely nothing that was on my to do list. And you know why? Because I needed some time for me.

L'Oréal Pure Clay Mask
Wednesday, 2 November 2016
Let's talk about L'Oréal Pure Clay Mask collection. When they first came out I was only able to get hold of the Detox Mask. Which I have to say I'm a big fan of it. I've found with shift work, specially night shifts, my skin just goes on a rampage and breaks out everywhere. Real fucking annoying.

Oxygen FreeJumping
Wednesday, 26 October 2016
I recently went along to a sotonbloggers event with oxygen freejumping, which was an absolute ball! Although my body was not a fan the next day. I was so excited when I got the email through about the event, but then noticed the "gym wear" comment. Yeah, definitely didn't own any gym wear, never been to a gym, and my body wobbles when I walk, so that was a good start!

Hi,I'm Epileptic
Sunday, 23 October 2016
The sentence that makes people instantly change towards you.
It's a real ball of fun. I won't lie, I do sometimes fuck with people when they get panicky about it. But hey, why have a disability if you can't have fun with it?
I say that, but you kinda don't get to choose if you have a disability or not although it's like some people think you can? I know, mind blown.
Bath Time Got Magical
Wednesday, 19 October 2016
As much as I'm a festive elf, October is most definitely too early to start singing Deck the Halls. That's not about to stop me from throwing all my money at Lush Cosmetics because the Christmas range has launched. Yeah, it's happened, Snow Fairy season is upon us! When Halloween launched, by the time I had got myself to my local Lush, the Halloween goodness was nowhere to be seen. So with a huge case of FOMO I made sure to put a big order in online.

Why I've Started Blogging
Sunday, 16 October 2016
I thought I'd do a little chatty post about why I decided to blog. If you read my first post of 25 Facts About Me, you may have seen I mentioned that I've been known as the honorary blogger by the Southampton blogger girls. This is mainly because its my sister, Alice that runs it. I've been extremely lucky and been able to go along to so many amazing events, meet some lovely people and make new friends.
